At Cornerstone Soccer Academy ("CSA"), we are committed to delivering exceptional soccer training and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted and the process for requesting a refund.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in the quality of our training programs and strive to meet the expectations of every participant. If you are not 100% satisfied after your first training session, you may request a full refund.

To qualify for the Satisfaction Guarantee refund:

Contact us within 24 hours of completing the first training session.

Provide a brief explanation of why the session did not meet your expectations.

Refund requests related to the first session will be processed promptly, and the full amount paid will be returned to you using the original payment method.

2. Refunds for Cancellations

Participant-Initiated Cancellations:

A refund may be requested if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the program start date.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the program start date are non-refundable, except under extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

CSA-Initiated Cancellations:

If CSA cancels or reschedules a program due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, participants will have the option to receive a full refund or a credit toward a future program.

3. Missed Sessions

Refunds will not be issued for sessions missed due to personal reasons, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or other commitments.

Participant’s full name.

Program name and start date.

Reason for the refund request.

Refund requests will be reviewed, and you will receive a response within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and fees are non-refundable:

Registration fees (if applicable).

Uniforms, equipment, or other purchased materials.

Late cancellation or no-show fees, if applicable.
